01 / The Why

Built from
lived experience

I came to this work the way most founders do — through frustration. As a Technical PM and Chair of the Ashland Cultural Council, I spent years watching communities plan and celebrate meaningful moments with tools that were never really built for them.

The templates were polished. The platforms existed. But the assumption embedded in them was always the same: one kind of couple, one kind of family, one idea of what beauty and celebration are supposed to look like.

“The tools existed. The beauty existed. But the cultural context was always an afterthought — if it was included at all.”

Cultural celebrations carry deep meaning. A Ghanaian engagement, a Quinceañera, a Lunar New Year gathering, a sacred ceremony, a community class, a wellness retreat — these are not edge cases. They are everyday moments across the world.

So I started building. Not a niche product for one specific audience, but a design engine built from the start for people who want to celebrate, teach, gather, and share with cultural context intact.

CultureSchool began as an idea about equity in creative tools. It became a platform serving educators, wellness practitioners, cultural entrepreneurs, community leaders, and everyday people who want their moments to look as meaningful as they feel.

We have moved well beyond invitations. Today the system supports everything from a single birthday card to full event suites, from digital sharing to large-format backdrops and community-facing creative experiences. The canvas keeps growing, because culture does too.

The tools inside
CultureSchool

CultureSchool is not one product. It is an ecosystem of tools built to help people design, discover, customize, and share culturally grounded creative work — whether they need a single beautiful page or a full suite for a major moment.

CoCoCreate

The design engine at the heart of everything. Beautiful, culturally intelligent templates for milestone moments — weddings, birthdays, ceremonies, community events, wellness, graduations, and more.

Marketplace & community

Every moment.
Every culture.

CoCoCreate is not built for one kind of celebration. The engine works across milestone moments, educational experiences, community gatherings, and culturally specific occasions that deserve better creative infrastructure.

Weddings, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, cultural events, wellness, community gatherings, launches, education, heritage, celebrations, and sacred moments — the system is designed so no culture has to adapt itself to fit a generic template.

05 / The Vision

Design for
the rest of us

The design industry built tools around a narrow default. CultureSchool is the correction. We are building creative infrastructure for the ways the majority of the world actually celebrates, teaches, gathers, and shows up for one another.

That means a Ghanaian couple, a Filipina Quinceañera family, a Black wellness practitioner, a first-generation community organizer, or an independent educator can open the platform and see possibility immediately — not after scrolling past templates that were never made with them in mind.

It means large-format backdrops that transform a community center wall into something breathtaking. A daily inspiration feed of real moments. A concierge that helps people build matched suites quickly. And a system where culturally specific creative work can be made, shared, and valued more visibly.

We are building the design engine for the rest of the world — one moment at a time.

01
Start with the real moment Build around occasions that people actually live: ceremonies, classes, retreats, birthdays, launches, gatherings, and milestones.
02
Keep culture intact Design tools should not flatten cultural specificity. They should hold it, support it, and make it easier to express beautifully.
03
Make beautiful work easier From one-off templates to full suites, the system is built so people can move from idea to ready faster, with less compromise.
